"Gross carpet, loud atmosphere, way to expensive on weekends for those just working here.. The cleaning staff was amazing, everyone at the front desk besides one female was very nice. The one female was the worst petty worker and person we've ever dealt with, would NEVER stay here again. for future long term stayers I would absolutely avoid cause of her. This place doesn't know how to manage there guests.so make sure all your stuff is in order when you stay, because they won't tell you when it's not. Don't even respond with your excuses management."

"I had a disappointing experience at this hotel and feel compelled to share it. My wife and I stayed for one night, and our troubles began with a slow check-in process. We were then assigned a room that had a musty, moldy smell, despite our efforts to use the air conditioner to freshen it up. While we initially tolerated these conditions due to our short stay, more issues arose when the toilet in the room wouldn't flush. We called the front desk, and they sent someone to fix it, but it was deemed unrepairable. They promised us a new room, but after a lengthy wait, we were told the alternative room had plumbing issues. Another plumber arrived, spending a significant amount of time in the bathroom, only to conclude that he'd need to remove the toilet to fix it. Frustrated by our inability to use the facilities and the lack of an available room, the front desk called the manager who assured us a full refund. The next morning, we encountered a different front desk staff member who was unhelpful and refused to contact the manager as previously promised. Our plans forced us to leave without a resolution. Later, the manager emailed us, claiming the issue was resolved and offered only a $20 refund, retracting the 100% refund promise. To make matters worse, the manager outright lied by claiming the toilet issue was fixed, when in reality, it remained unresolved. This blatant dishonesty added to our frustration and disappointment. Despite several calls and attempts to clarify, we were left unsatisfied. This experience was the worst I've had in any hotel, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for accommodations. While one staff member at the front desk was friendly, the morning staff and the manager lacked essential customer service skills."

"Front Desk staff was nice. Location was great for going to Lambeau Field. My only complaint is the quality of sheets & linen. I don’t just vent to hear myself complain. I pay for clean sheets & a spot to lay my head at night, newly remodeled showers are always a bonus. Didn’t help we were in the middle on 2nd floor, no elevator, and the hallways smelled like someone was cooking with 2 heavy heads of curry powder."

"The people are the Baymont were great & always helpful. The hotel itself was deplorable! It didn't have an elevator to get to the second floor! It was dirty, old and smelly! When I turned on the air conditioner, I got a blast of musty air, and the air conditioner leaked on the carpeting, although that couldn't hurt the carpet. I wouldn't even use the shower cause it was so terribly stained, afraid I'd get some kind of fungus! Definitely avoid this hotel!"
