"All teen/young adult lifeguards not paying attention to anything other than gawking at their aged counterpart guests. One young lady's red bottoms were fitted smaller than the Hooters outfits. There was a group of teens playing basketball jumping all over and flipping back without looking, almost landing on kids with no peep from the lifeguards right in front of them. The room was much smaller than expected for 3 adults and 2 kids, it was not as clean as you would expect for $295.96/night. The dresser's drawers would not stay shut which is an issue in such a small room and 2 kids playing. We used paper to wedge the front legs and then tp in drawers to keep them closed. Not a big issue but certainly an issue the housekeepers are aware of and could be easily fixed. The non-working fridge is inside a box with the microwave and completely useless, we had no way of preserving the food we brought. The pull out was stained beyond ok for a hotel, it had either a big burn spot or corroded spot on the corner and was falling in/not able to be supported by the frame anymore. That was when the kids decided they didn't want to sleep there. We checked in early around 2:30 and checked out around 9pm. Total cost to swim for 4 and use a room to change $362.89."

"I am only giving service 5 stars. Because the staff that was working was exceptional, courteous and Worked very hard. They were understaffed for the amount of people and activities going on. When we checked in there was 1 person and the line was very long and it lasted for hours. She never got upset and greeted us with a smile. The poor bartender, was even more overcoworked! The bar fillled up and would be steady for long periods of time. He had no help and he was also serving food. He did an incredible job and kept his cool and smile as well. Arcade workers were great as well. Inside hot tub created instant coughing within moments of entering. Beds are very comfortable but I would have to say for the cost It was not someplace we will go back to."

"My family and my sons best friends family had a basketball game down there so we went there. When we walked in a was amazed by all the animals and the pool. I thought this would be an amazing night but it wasn’t. We got checked in and started heading toward our room and when we got in there we were very surprised. Not only was it dirty, the bed wasn’t made, there was mold all over the place and looked like a person was just in here and nobody cleaned it. We thought we could just make the bed and clean up but when we lifted the sheets we were caught with a brown and red stain on the covers. We were dictated and went into the kids little room with bonk beds and I heard one of my sons scream, he was screaming at a roach in there bed. We were disgusted and wanted to go down to the pool. The pool was ok. When we got back we showered in the trash tub and when we were done my husband went to talk to the front desk and they just ignored him. We slept on the FLOOR and couldn’t sleep do to the loud noises all night in the hall."

"Our room was great, clean with comfortable bedding. The noise in the hallway ( until 3 am) was annoying but somewhat expected. Theresa, the manager, was very helpful with an issue we had in our room. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend!"

"This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel. The cabinet for the mini fridge was busted with nails exposed. There was dried juice or some kind of fluid on the heat register. Every blanket had holes in them and when we requested blankets for the pull out couch, the front desk told us they did not have any. Our room slept 6. 2 adults, 4 kids, and we were charged everyday an extra two Waterpark passes. We called room service for extra towels and no one showed up. Worst yet, all 4 of our kids were sick coughing to the point of throwing up or gagging from the pool. Chlorine poisoning. Whether that was the from the water or a faulty air ventilation system, I'm not sure but their front desk was rude and anything but helpful or remorseful. Would not ever book here if you have a family. Keep your kids away from the pool save your money and book some where else. Like Blue Harbor."
