"The management team Kieth, Matt, Debby and everyone else I have spoken with have been some of the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever talked to. They should have no position working in customer service and do not have any care for the people. I have an ESA and they attempted to deny my ESA which is illegal in the state of Wisconsin and told me “they aren’t playing my games”. Many other bad conversations with these people. The apartments are nice themselves as long as you don’t have to communicate with anyone inside their building. Would give 0 stars if I was able to."

"I was kicked out of my apartment that I just moved into. Because the neighbors are fire starters n the management is very violent very !someone I knew got arrested by me outside in my garage. I never did one thing wrong ever never not even a peep out of me besides to fix things. . The new management is horrible very disrespectful always screamed at me when i needed stuff fixed i dont think i ever talked to him without him screaming at me .Keith brown and Matthew joepeck. It's not right to take out your anger on a perfectly good tenant i have a perfect renting history for over 18 years. I would highly suggest looking for a new place to rent from these ppl are very unkind and not compassionate in the least! Another very nice young lady above me was harassed and threatened to evict her also she doesn't make a peep either not rightbat all. the locations are well taken care of although I needed basic stuff fixed not on my part. Especially now when it's so hard to find a place to live. Manitowoc Albert drive location."

"Called and spoke to the apartment manager who has been with the company since 2012. The company has a "no pet policy" so I called to ask if I could bring goldfish. The manager assured me yes, I could bring them, that he has fish in his OWN personal apartment on the property. I drove 1.5 hours to submit my application and drop off the $500 security deposit. They called me the next day and said I was not allowed to have goldfish. I explained that I had called before submitting the application and spoken with the property manager and he said I could. They then got pretty rude and acted like they didn't know who I had spoken to. I offered to give them the phone number and when I had called the property manager and all details. They declined and said they had no idea who I had talked to and that he didn't work for the company. They said my only option was to cancel my application. Now I have to drive another 1.5 hours to pick up my deposit. I did call the property manager back immediately after this and he again, confirmed that I could bring my fish and told me again how he had fish in his apartment. Terrible experience and horrible customer service, I did all the right things and then was spoken to like I was stupid. Company needs to get on the same page."

"I wasn’t too happy to live there. I only live there a year. Every time I report my complain about someone in my apartment doing something wrong. They will do nothing . Tenants of course will keep harassing because they are not get punished. It is a nice apartment and reasonable cost. They do fix my issue in my apartment. But they don’t take serious on someone doing wrong thing. I get my full security deposit."
