"horrible place to live all they care about is ur money they will make ur apartment just barely livable just so they have to have someone come in once a week to fix something, there’s mold and water damage all over my house there were big holes from old water pipes bursting in my kitchen and they did a terrible job fixing it up and now have water damage and mold in my kitchen, the paint all over my apartment is horrendous and they Ac and heating in my house is absolutely horrible not to mention if you are one week late on rent they will file for you to be evicted immediately. I have a really bad 2 bedroom apartment 700sqft for more then most people around me pay for there houses and i can’t even have a dishwasher that drys dishes or a stove that ain’t from 1970, it’s been absolutely horrendous living here!"

"Nice area for a renter and decently priced for the location. Maintenance is pretty good about responding to requests. The office staff are friendly and accommodating to your needs if there’s an issue or concern. The property is kept up nicely when walking dogs outside. The community keep mostly to themselves and is overall a quiet place. Management was willing to work with me on doing upgrades to my apartment with the rising cost of rent over the past six years. The pool and fitness are are nice accommodations as well. My next move will be a house but for now, Creekwood is my home."

"I must say, the management and entire staff are exceptional! They're incredibly responsive and genuinely care about their residents. They even proactively replaced my aging water heater within a couple of days, even though I had no issues with it. And when I just first moved here, I thought the valve in my bathtub was broken, turned out I didn’t know how to use it. However, when I reached out for help, they came and helped us asap just right after 15’ after the call. The staff was very nice and friendly too. What's more, they continuously invest in improving the apartments, from a new roof to a freshly paved parking lot and updated concrete. My apartment has been completely renovated, and it's wonderfully peaceful, with a lovely view of the creek and woods. The neighbors are friendly, and the modern fitness center and community rec room are fantastic amenities. Plus, it's pet-friendly, which is a big bonus!"

"My boyfriend and I moved in over the summer and immediately fell in love with the place. We hadn’t realized when we selected the apartment that we have a view of the dog park and the pool. It makes our day to see the pups zooming outside. Everyone is super nice and parking is superb. Our one bedroom apartment is perfect for myself, my boyfriend, and our two cats. Really couldn’t have found a better place in the Green Bay Area."
