"I have rented from Bigelow Rentals for the past 3 plus years now and have never had an issue with them. Whenever I've called about a maintenance issue or needed a little extra time to pay my rent, they have always been good about it."

"Very expensive for what you get. Snow removal is painfully slow if they do it at all. Free heat sounds great if it went above 67 degrees. They are greedy, trying to get rich."

"This is for Rivers Edge Estates. Do not live downstairs, you’ll regret it your first night. There is no insulation under the carpet upstairs so it is loud. Every footstep sounds like Clydesdales. It’s been a terrible year here for us. I’ve been lucky enough to have upstairs tenants that don’t work outside of the apartment so all I hear is them and everything they do all day long. Snow removal is pretty much non existent. The grounds are kept neat and clean in the summer. We just lucked out and got an upstairs, double garage coach house, so we’ll give that a try for now. Sadly, not a lot of options out there. Remember, do not live downstairs."

"I think Deb the manager and Ty do a great job. I love the apartment. The only drawback is the lawn maintenance. We measured our area this morning, and it was 5 to 6 inches high. We mowed it ourselves with a manual push mower, for the 3rd time this year. I sold my house so I wouldn’t have to do lawn maintenance. We have voles and I don’t think the long grass is helping with the bug situation."

"Apartments themselves are okay. They are very spacious. Management is terrible. They do not tell you anything. The maintenance is not fast nor do they reply in emergency situations. I have been almost 2 months without a washer and no one has said a single work or replied to my maintenance requests. I would not recommend living here."
