"Rent is more than expected"
"They try to get in your business even if you aren't doing anything. They send their maintenance guy to take pictures of you and other apartments every morning. The property management makes you feel more violated than anything. Fighting in the parking lot between kids with adults just standing over watching and doing nothing. They don't like it when you have a babysitter watching your kids in your apartment. It also is expensive for what you get and don't keep up anything and it takes a while to get it fixed. I suggest you only rent from them if there is no other option."

"Don't maintain the grass. Don't shovel sidewalks and parking lot in a timely manner. Takes a while for them to fix broken items and is pricey."
