"Beautiful location. Giant rooms. The front desk seemed overwhelmed due to guests complaining about the lack of parking. There is a lot of potential for this vacation destination but it needs a lot of updates. Large rooms for families to spread out and enjoy. Once renovations are completed the property will be fantastic"

"Place is pretty nice! Rooms are a little dated but we had fun! The game room was really fun. The pinball machine was the best. I wish the front desk was a little more friendly but that’s about it."

"This place is in need of major renovations. The quality and cleanliness of the room you get is up to chance since every room is different. The front desk is not very helpful. I had to remind the front desk that the coffee was out. It had been out for 30 minutes minimum. This is common procedure to check these simple things. Also they try to charge you extra for every person staying in the room. Doesn’t matter if one person is staying in the room or three people are staying. It should be the same rate no matter. I would avoid this place in the future."

"Omg this place is awesome although we only went for swim 10 dollars per person my daughter and I. We also got to see the rooms. I must admit with the view of the Lake these are the best looking room in Walworth County I dare anyone too challenge me on this. A must see you will not be disappointed the price is worth it."

"This was our 4th visit to this beautiful property (with 4 different units) and it did not disappoint! We love the quiet location on Lake Delavan, fabulous views and spotless condos and common areas. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. Todd, the awesome manager, does his best to ensure everything is perfectly kept to high standards. Our (newly renovated) condo unit was gorgeous--221--and I loved sitting out on the private deck taking in the views. The gardens and landscaping are always well kept and beautiful. Thanks everyone! Can't wait for our next visit!"
