"A wonderful place to live. With a very community driven feeling. Apartments are very big and roomy. Lots of storage. Secure building. The property manager (Marilyn) is amazing very helpful and kind. The maintenance guy (John) is very knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly. Really nice guy. If you are looking for a place where people are here for you. And your neighbors are friendly. This is it. We’ve been here since it opened. And we just love it."
"Have lived here for ~9 mos and had an overwhelmingly quiet, comfortable, secure experience. Property management and maintenance personnel are extremely friendly and efficient, which is especially nice given the size of the building. Would certainly recommend these apartments to others."
"This place has felt like home since moving in. The management goes above and beyond taking care of your needs. She is very friendly and professional. It's clean and safe. I like the fact that there is security throughout the building inside and out. The maintenance guy is on top of anything that needs repaired. I love the fitness room here. I have amazing neighbors and if you're looking for a welcoming home this is it ☺️"
"Current renter, have been here since it opened. This is a large building and you will always have many different personalities living among you. I think most of the people that were the bigger problems have moved on and it has been a lot quieter because of it. The management is always willing to listen and maintenance is pretty quick to help with any issues. I enjoy living here, the only things I would change is my own personal choices. It is a lovely apartment, it’s hard to find many places that have this much character, and not feel like you are living in a box."
