"My late grandmother was only here for a month before her passing, landlord seemed to only care for the money. Charged two months rent after she was already out of the apartment and deceased (my family and I cleared the place out just a day after she was pronounced dead because we didn’t want to be a burden on the apartment or landlord for the very reason I’m writing this). It’s a nice place with nice people, just another one of ”those” landlords, so be careful. I would not wish what my family had to go thru on anybody else, even after my grandmother’s passing I suppose people will take what they can get."
