"Honestly no huge complaints. Maintenance fixes things in a timely manner and is very nice! Any complaint I had with management was always taken care of in a few days. They didn’t always respond to my emails but my problem was always fixed so it worked out."

"I started living there when it was owned by DLK. And they were not good. But apex was alright. They didn’t have a property manager for most of the time I was there. I would call and call and call looking to talk to someone and when I did get to talk to someone…they were usually fairly unhelpful. The maintenance guy is great tho! To their credit they are really overhauling the apartments. The new renovation is looking great."
