"I rented from HSI for 3 years and I had little to no problems. Each time there was a problem it was fixed within minutes of when I contacted them! Sending in requests is incredibly easy and the service is quick too. Paying rent was also very easy, reminders were even sent so that we never forgot! As for the actual living spaces, when we moved in everything was very clean which made it really feel like home. A lot of apartments in Whitewater really feel just like college apartments but these feel a little more like home. Not only did I have my own space, it did not have the typical brick walls and school-like carpeting. I was on a WebEx call and the person asked if I had stayed home instead of returning to in-person classes to which I gladly informed that I was in in-person classes and my apartment was just extremely nice! I would recommend renting from HSI to anyone that I know! The living spaces are beautiful, the app is very easy to use, and the landlords are very helpful and kind!"
