"I lived here for the last 2 years of college, and absolutely loved it! Frank, the property manager, was wonderful, and responded right away the very few times I needed something. Would definitely recommend as it is close to campus and the downtown area, while still being nice and quiet."

"Lived here for two years and it has been my favorite apartment yet! The property manager Frank is attentive and kind, and he keeps the place very nice! Maintenance is quick and the 533 building has been very calm and peaceful to live in. Building comes with many amenities like underground parking, dog park, small nature trail, a backup laundry room in case something happens to your personal units, and storage spaces in the basement! I originally was a single female living alone here and felt incredibly safe, especially with the keyed entry on all doors and an optional code entry (if you didn’t have your key) through the front door. Very impressed and if I did not need to relocate for school I would continue to live here - plus it is only a mile from downtown Whitewater! Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of the college, but if you’re feeling like a party everything is still close by. 10/10"

"While looking for a place to live when moving from Florida, I called and spoke to Frank the manager, he quickly had me an application sent. Worked with me to get it filled out and reviewed for approval. Then I went and changed jobs so the commute wasn’t that ideal, Frank kept the apartment for me for a few days while I looked for something closer. He is an amazing man and is very courteous! Thank you Frank!"

"This apartment complex is great! Very doggo friendly (with a dog park), clean, secure, etc. Management and maintenance is fantastic and extremely punctual to requests. Honestly, the nicest place I have lived since I have been in Whitewater. Definitely a bit more pricey, but you really do get what you pay for!"

"Springbrook Apartments are a great place to live! Close to Downtown whitewater and close to campus as well. The building has everything from underground parking, storage units in the basement, as well as being dog friendly. My dog absolutely loves sitting on the balcony and watching the birds! I would recommend this building to anyone in the area looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live."
