"An absolutely terrible and nightmare rental experience! The manager (David) is very unprofessional and rude. In the beginning, it looks like a high-end apartment in Whitewater but building materials are cheap and easy to broken. They will charge ridiculously high price for everything. You will receive tons of complaints, we were even taken pictures by one neighbor in public place and the manager used that picture to ask us to behave (crazy). We ended up paying $2000+ just to move out early. Stay away from them!"

"Lived here for a quite a few years! When I moved in the carpet had wear and over time it got worse and it was already showing seams!!! My security deposit was all kept and they even wanted to charge more for an issue that wasn’t ours to begin with! I would advise to stay away from these apartments and look for a better place! Also all the robbery that occurs here and still cameras aren’t added to help or prevent with anything. Stay away guys!"

"Just found this too!!! A different review that wasn't posted here...so I thought I would repost. These are very nice apartments, considering what else is for rent in Whitewater. However, be wary of dealing with this company. I rented with this right after the apartments opened. Security deposit was one month's rent, but the apartment was brand new. They make you pay for their cable, internet and phone service--you can't opt out of them and you can't get it from a different vendor. Originally, you could opt out of the services, but eventually they became bundled with the rent, and so my rent payment went up. Over the three years I lived there, the response the management gave me became more and more awful. I couldn't get a hold of anyone, and my questions weren't answered in a timely manner. I think the management of my apartment switched from one employee to another, but I was never told. I tried to get my toilet seat fixed after it cracked--it took two months for someone to contact me and say that the parts were finally in and they would be over to fix it. Over the last six months I lived there, no one cleaned the common areas, though I complained about it several times--dirt and garbage and snow removal salt piled up in the foyer; there were popcorn kernels all over the stairs to the underground parking. People let they dogs go to the bathroom in the small grassy area and would not be fined or punished, according to the lease. Children who lived in the area would leave toys and papers all over the place, and no one would pick them up. People would park in the handicapped parking spots, and there would be no legal ramifications, as indicated in the lease agreement. When I needed to leave the apartment, I was only refunded $152.00 of my original $745 paid security deposit. I have *never* in my 8 years of renting not received my entire security deposit back (at least four apartments in various areas.) I was a quiet tenant, always paid my rent on time, and there was no major damage to the apartment. I lived in the apartment for a little over three years, so there was some general wear and tear--some carpet stains, etc--, but nothing that would have cost $500+. They charged me $40 for replacing drip pans. I and four other people cleaned the apartment for three hours before I moved out--I was stilled charged $50 for general cleaning. They also refused to do a walk-though inspection at the end of my rental period--I was told they don't do that. If you choose to rent from these people, INSIST upon a walk through so so don't get screwed over like I did. BOTTOM LINE: wonderful apartments, as long as you don't care about being screwed over by the management."
