"This place is a nightmare. The neighbors are inconsiderate, loud at all hours of the day and night. Kids run around, screaming, playing ding dong ditch. The property itself is filthy, the dog waste containers overfilling all the time (Its been at least 3 months since its last been emptied.) Management is impossible to get a hold of, and if you manage to get a hold of anyone they'll blame you for any problem your having. I didn't have hot water for the first month I lived here. The doors to get outside either don't lock or lock you inside the building. Roach infestations. The wifi works maybe 10 percent of the time. Want to do your laundry in the building? Good luck, 1 washing machine might actually work. And your cloths will somehow smell worse after you wash them than they did before. I ended up giving up and using the laundry mat down the street. Literally one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I wouldn't care so much if this place wasn't so ungodly expensive. The only reason I would tell someone to go here would be if they needed pet friendly housing and every other option was exhausted. Its a roof over your head, sure, but don't expect anything more. And watch what they charge you, I've been tricked twice into overpaying and-wildly enough, couldn't find a single manager to talk to about it. The properties a mess."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I moved in beginning of July and have had nothing but problems. Shortly after moving in I informed management of water damage on my kitchen ceiling, locks not locking properly, and serveal other issues. Nothing was done until I had water coming through my ceiling and leaking into my kitchen light. It still took a few days for anything to be started after that. When finally fixing my ceiling I was told it would take 4-6 weeks and it took 3 months. We were forced to leave our apartment during remodel because they failed to make sure things were taken care of before people moved in. My locks still don't work properly and I have had to get my own locks for my doors. There is constant pounding going on from people above me, next to me, and kids in the hallway. I have made several complaints and nothing is ever done. And it doesn't matter what time it is, I have been woken up at 3am from kids running and screaming in the halls like it is a playground. There is consistently car alarms going off. There is constant broken glass all over the place and trash everywhere. People have no respect here and nothing is getting done. I would highly recommend spending your money on something better, this place is not worth what you're getting charged. And if you do decide to move here, be sure to keep an eye on what they are charging you. Several times I have had to go to the office or contact the president myself because I have had unknown charges on my account. Be careful with this place, they are not worth it."

"Office manager is NEVER here. When her car is here, the blinds are closed and door is locked. People are trying to pay rent but unable due to her lack of attendance at her own job. People need help with move out’s as its the end of the month and yet this women decides to not show up. Still wondering why we fired a great maintenance guy and moved the fantastic office lady, Nicole to maintenance because now NO office work gets done by the new lady when Nicole was getting everything done. If Nicole was still running the office there would be no snow/ice on the walkways, and If Arz was the maintenance guy, he would be devoted to ensuring everyone’s safety this winter. It’s unfortunate that we are firing the good people and hiring cheap labor to get nothing out of them. It’s winter in Wisconsin, plowing and shoveling should not be an issue. When asked to put salt down and simply shovel, she rebuttals that she is new and doesn't know who to call. Hmm maybe the plow company??? For that matter, get out there and shovel yourself. It’s DANGEROUS and should not be tolerated. I have asked for it to be handled TWICE. Hope they have good insurance when someone falls and gets seriously injured. We all pay a really pretty dollar to live in bug infested, snow covered, disgusting living quarters. Don’t even get me started about the laundry room. PLEASE SEND THE PLOW COMPANY TO SHOVE AND SALT. THIS IS DANGEROUS AND RIDICULOUS"

"I moved in may 19th, 2021 and wish I could go back in time. When I moved in I had dead bugs in every single kitchen cabinet, on the floors, and scattered across the whole apartment. My back door was falling off the hinges. All of my cabinets are warped from water damage, and only the upper ones are useable. One of my showers didn’t drain. My bathroom sink was rotting away and crumbling. This place was not cleaned before moving in and do not expect ANYTHING to be fixed or for that matter fixed properly. Expect to buy your own wifi as the provided wifi can’t even load a YouTube video. Don’t expect a secure complex, the doors get propped open all day and sometimes all night. Don’t expect a quiet place to study, the walls are so thin you can hear everything. 3 months later……..nothing important has actually been completed. This place is literally the definition of ghetto.
