Will C. Wood Middle School, located at 6201 Lemon Hill Avenue in Sacramento, California, is dedicated to providing a quality education and safe learning environment for all students. Our goal is to prepare students for the challenges of high school and college, helping them pursue their dreams and goals.

We are currently offering full, in-person instruction and have a variety of programs available, including High School Specialty Programs. Applications for these programs are accepted from October 30 to November 17. Additionally, CalKIDS provides up to $1500 in free money for eligible school-aged children to kickstart their savings for future college and career training expenses.

Incoming seventh graders are required by state law to receive a Tdap shot, and proof of vaccination or a valid exemption must be provided before the start of the school year. Students who are homeless or in foster programs are also welcome to participate in our programs.

For new enrollment or registration, we have a convenient online process available on our website. If you are planning to be out of town for two or more weeks, please notify the school in advance so we can provide your child with the necessary work to stay on track.
