"Pretty flowers don't cover up for what the rest of this overpriced slum has to offer. Walls and floors more thin than cardboard, and you can hear every bodily function and conversation of your neighbors, no matter what floor. Laundry facilities poor, parking spaces too tight. Garage spaces too tight so no one uses them. Parking rules were never enforced for non residents. Management never controlled or enforced rules for loud, unruly neighbors. What a dump, glad to be gone."
