"Great stay here. Staff was accommodating to a necessary early checkin, when we arrived. Room was clean and ample though missing enough coffee packets. Pool hours were generous, and there is a small bar (economical!) where we had a great conversation with other guests. We would stay there again in a heartbeat."
"We were in Winona for a weekend getaway and had an AirBNB rented, however, upon arrival my hubby injured his knee going up the rentals long flight of stairs. After hours in the local ER, we were advised to not stay there due to his injury and him not being able to climb. We had to get a last minute hotel due to home being a 2.5 drive at it was late in the evening. We were able to get a room here at a great price. The check-in lady was very kind and empathetic to our unfortunate turn of events and quickly got us into a ground level room. The room was nice and clean and very quite. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but decent. One of the workers helped my hubby pull his chair out at breakfast since he was in crutches which was very kind.. Very grateful to have been able to get a room so last minute and for the kind treatment given by the staff."
"Customer service is a 10+. All the gals did an exceptional job but Becca was our favorite (she worked evenings when we were around). We got the room with a separate bedroom on 4th floor. We only heard someone when they were standing outside our room talking..very quiet. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. They have a tiny "pub" that is fun. The only thing I think would be an added plus would be some sort of outside seating. We highly recommend this hotel and will be visiting again!"
"Very nice hotel. I don't remember the lady's name that checked us in but she was great. Very friendly! Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good as well; it was clean and well stocked. The breakfast lady was quick to figure out the juice machine when it wasn't working. Will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area"
