Newport Commons

"Just moved out into a new Home and needed to leave a review. First, Newport Commons is one of the few Properties that offered short term rentals when we were looking for a place to stay. We needed temporary housing as we searched for a new Home after moving to the area. Secondly, the property is well maintained and well-constructed because we never heard our neighbors; it was almost like no one lives there although Newport Commons is 98% rented out. Thirdly, other have mentioned the amenities and they are very nice- free laundry, game room for adults and kids, cafe area- walking trails and real important to me "Dog Friendly" (again not many Properties are) And lastly, the staff- Kayleigh and Cole in the Office are the absolute best to work with. Friendly and Caring in a very Professional manner. Highly recommend Newport Commons."

"My husband has living here since they opened. I moved in with him after we got married and I've never felt more comfortable with where we're living. Three yrs now and Kayleigh who works in the office is absolutely amazing she goes above and beyond to address any concerns you may have and she does it right away.I definitely recommend making this place home also the tenants are really nice and everyone minds their business"

"My fiancé and I moved here about 2 months ago, and this has been the best apartment complex we have ever lived at. Cameras everywhere that make you feel safe. Kayleigh and Cole are super friendly and are always there to either help you out with anything or just to chat. My big plus for living here is you can't enter the building or any of the floors in the building without a FOB key which makes it so comforting. Another thing is how the mail room/package room has cameras and no one touches your packages! I have had a couple amazon packages left in front of the property, and some residents will put it in the right spot in the package room. We have also interacted and socialized with many residents here, and they are so friendly and love to sit and chat with you if you have the time. My fiancé and I are happy to finally have found a good apartment complex to finally call home."

"The building is lovely and well kept, management is friendly and allowed me to have my therapy pet and my other non therapy pets. The building has a supportive housing for those needing the services, such as myself. I would absolutely recommend this place to live."

"Gave me furniture, allowed me to move in comfortably and stress free. Right by a pond and a highway. Great for commute to my job, also great residents and the office managers are very nice and understanding. Happy and grateful to live here!"
