"Great management. Usually weed out the unwanted neighbors.the ones that say they are the neat freaks are usually the folks that have the dirtiest apartments. Most the neighbors are friendly. Great location. Bob and company are very understanding and willing folks. The 1s that left bad reviews have probably left on a bad note (late rent bad, upkeep, that type)"

"The apartments here are out dated and under kept. I moved in July. From July to November I never saw a single bug, then out of no where ants appeared in my apartment and when I found the source It was inside of the walls... Every single wall. When I brought it up to management they insisted that I had brought the bugs in, IN DECEMBER?!? No, the bugs were living in the walls! Filthy, and I am a CLEAN FREAK!!!!"
