"Im helping a friend with a living issue do too some family troubles and hardship and pay cuts we been trying to contact the owner of property.my friend sent a email explaining troubles with payment they are willing to work out a deal for payments but Tracy is not the best with communication so if the owner can start reaching out to people would be extremely nice because everyone is in a bind right now and are taking major loses and not everyone is fortunate always so communication could be better and the building is quite and nice but definitely can use updating the Ac had black mold and nobody came to replace it there’s Squirrels in the walls and ceiling on the third floor homes you can hear them at night but otherwise the community is amazing great and nice neighbors on the entire hall and the upkeep on ground outside on the property is great they do a great job making it look presentable."

"Moved here about a month ago. Tracy was amazing at the paperwork on how fast and efficient on getting me approved. I've been homeless way too long and she was so compassionate with that. My roommate that I moved in with is also amazing person. It was a win win situation. The building maintenance team is always on site daily as I seen and always friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to many others who maybe in my place or are just looking for a good place."

"Needs Updating. Very old. Everything needs to be updated. Carpets. Cabinets. Stove. Dishwashers. Also the Bathroom needs to be updated. Under the sinks sometimes it. Smells like mold. Bathroom vents needs to be cleaned."
