"I was tired from working a double the last time I stayed there … I checked in late (11 pm) & had to work early the next morning so I was gone by (5:30 am) the hot shower & bed was what I needed ."

"I pulled back the blanket and sheets, Bam there was MOUSE DIPPING EVERYWHERE. AT THE TIME I COULDN'T DO NOTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE I DIDN'T WALK IN THE DOOR UNTIL 12:45 IN THE MORNIN. SO currently I have not slept and when the office opens I am going to lose my mind. I am taking this to the city of Hastings, the Better Business Bureau, MDH, CDC. I am so grossed out! The smell should have said it all when I walked in. $83.30! Everything is outdated Just about everything in the room has a burn hole in it. LISTEN TO MY ADVICE. DON'T LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON A ZOO when Como is FREE!"

"The people who own the place are good people. This is quiet and family run.. It is on a main road in Hastings and is close to anything you want to do in Hastings. There isn't a lot of traffic there so its a good place to stay if you have kids also if you don't and are a smoker it is one of the last places around that offer smoking roomsm. The smoking rooms are completely separated from the non smoking rooms so it is good for both. ☺"

"This place is totally fine. Don't worry about it. Check in guy was nice, room was clean and fairly priced. Could've be waaaaaaaaay worse. Normally when I stay in motels I feel like I'm going to get murdered any second. What a slogan...come here!! You won't get murdered!! Buts it's fine. I like having my vehicle right outside the door. That's the number one benefit of motels. I'm telling you I've stayed in a bunch of crappy motels and this place is TOTALLY fine. Plus you get 2 waters in the fridge."
