"I love the building and my apartment is gorgeous. Everything here is gorgeous and well kept. The only downside is that as soon as it got cold outside, the smoker’s began smoking inside their apartments. This is supposed to be a 100% nonsmoking building. The smell of smoke permeates the hallway after the manager leaves for the day. The weekends are worse. Other than that everything here is wonderful. I love the roof top community room and really appreciate the underground parking. I really hope they can get the smoking inside problem resolved."

"The entire building is gorgeous- very clean and welcoming. There are several amenities including a fitness room, lounge, and rooftop deck. The building is located within walking distance of downtown and close to the river. We have had a great experience so far and are so happy with our move."
