"Covid ruined our trip in 2022 to the Smoky Mtns. Before we got on the bus, a passenger on the tour bus had Covid and got off on the next stop. Halfway through the trip, most of us caught Covid. If we had known, we would've canceled our trip and rebooked for a later trip. Since the tour guide knew Covid on the bus, they should have told us when we got on. There was no compensation for the ruined trip."

"We joined Jag Tours on one of their holiday trips to Chicago last year, and was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating a bus tour is. They took care of all of the headaches of touring a big city; the driving, the parking, the navigating. We were able to eat, drink, and be merry while the hosts and driver made sure we got from hotel to destination, and back. We weren’t sure what to expect, as this was our first bus tour. "The trip with Jag Tours was my first official bus tour. They were willing to accommodate picking me up in Bloomington on their way to the Norsk Hostfest in Minot, ND. I learned that they picked up passengers starting in Wisconsin and other towns along the way before I joined the group. Eric was so helpful in setting up my tour. I met so many wonderful new friends and made lifelong memories. It was fun to play games to pass the time. I will use their services for tours in the future, even though I live in Nevada and had to fly to Minnesota to join the tour.
