The space is clean and well kept. Excellent location. Great place to rent a desk if you do remote work in Rochester. Parking is available in the ramp about a block away but you have to pay for it. Entrance is in the rear of the building (behind Bleu Duck) and up the stairs. Don't park in the alleyway behind the building or your car will get a ticket."
