"The tour itself was wonderful, and the main bus driver and tour host were friendly and helpful. One thing that kept us from giving this tour five stars is the fact that the brochure states, "We will be leaving early this morning." The bus actually left at 2:15 AM, making it impossible to get more than a few disconnected cat naps that night. It never even occurred to us that "early" meant 2:15 AM. We tried to back out of the tour when we learned of the 2:15 departure, but no refund was available."
