"I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, to use any of their services especially relocation, or to deliver here (what I’m trying to do for 4 hours so far) As you can see in the picture, couches and crates are stored outside and exposed to rain and sun. Be careful, loose dog is running around on the property. They do not keep the word. I had an appointment at 9AM came in at 8.40AM the office was open, and nobody is there, finally I found one guy in the warehouse, he instructed me to get to the door and wait until 11AM the earliest. At 11AM he told me that the crew will be here at 12.30PM to unload. At 12.20 the same guy started unloading my truck. At 12.40 PM 4 more guys showed up but I was getting unloaded by the same one guy. There was total 14 pallets and it took 4 and a half hours to pull them out. I got unloaded at 1.10PM They do not deserve even one star."

"I can't say enough about Rose and Curt and the whole Chipman team. I was coordinating a cross country move of two homes and they could not have been more helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Texts were answered late at night, emails were returned immediately. The crew that showed up was prompt, professional, and polite. They we're flexible and understanding about the logistics of moving two separate locations and did everything they could to make the process go smoothly. I got daily updates about where or furniture was as it made the trip so I knew exactly when it would arrive. I'm pleased to report all of our household items made it across the country without a single breakage. 5 stars all the way!"

"Olsen & Fielding Moving Services was contracted to move my molecular biological laboratory from Seattle to University of California, Merced. Rose Olsen handled the move wonderfully and took care of all the nitty gritty logistical details. She also hired outstanding local crews and drivers. My move required a commodities van that had power generators (for our freezers and refrigerators full of biological samples) as well as a regular moving van. The moves went extremely well and Rose managed everything perfectly via email, text and phone communication. If you have special needs (like moving an entire lab), Olsen & Fielding can easily accommodate your move. I am certain they are equally fastidious and efficient when it comes to household moves too."

"I used Olsen and Fielding for a cross country move. Overall I was very satisfied with them. Tim and Natalie were really great at answering all my questions and giving me prompt replies via email. The moving crew was very professional and friendly. Every aspect of the move was very well coordinated. I only had two issues: The packers forgot to pack many items, we did relay to them that this was a cross country move and everything that was not labeled needed to go. Even after we went room to room and showed them all the stuff they missed, they still missed many items in drawers and cabinets. I had to pack some pots and pans in my suitcases and pay extra baggage fees. Lastly, when the company came to inventory the house they underestimated how many boxes I would need. They only brought the amount of boxes they estimated. One of the movers said that they may charge me extra for extra boxes even though I had a binding agreement, they never did charge but having to deal with such an expensive and large move...these are not the type of things you want to have to deal with. Regardless of the minor hiccups I would still recommend them for your next move."
