"Driver was drunk & hit me with his car when I was walking in crosswalk. Driver had no license, registration or insurance. On top of that cab co. Didn't have a permit to do business in Sacramento."
"I was busted up in a car accident. Multiple broken bones and head traumas. The driving service I use was overbooked so they called these guys. The driver claimed to be sitting in my driveway when in fact he was not. How did I know? I was standing in it. He finally arrived three minutes before my appointment after being apparently at a gas station across the street. The driver kept trying to coax me into his van even though the appointment had already been canceled. I told him the appointment was canceled and he got upset. Traveling in my condition is not easy but all he wanted was that fare. I'd rather walk (or hobble in my case) than use this cab company."
