"I really hate giving this place such a low review especially since I have done previous business with them in the past and my previous experience was good, however they completely ruined my best friend's birthday that he was celebrating with his significant other. The bus driver was an hour late and went to the wrong pick up location. When she arrived the bus had a tire issue and didn't want to take us anywhere. Keep in mind we had a large party and the largest bus they have and paid over 1K for the evening, for that price you would figure we would get a bus that was actually inspected and wouldn't have any issues. The driver had a horrible attitude upon arriving and was completely disrespectful and not understanding at our frustration for being an hour late and telling us our evening might be canceled. She also had Swisher Sweets in the front seat. What you do on your time is your business but if you are working you can at least be a little professional. She then started arguing with my friend's girlfriend who was also celebrating her birthday as well. She ended up dropping us off at our 1st stop and never returned. Thankfully my friend got a refund but the evening was completely ruined and completely ruined an event we had been planning for at least 3 months. It was an embarrassing experience where I recommend using a different company for your next event. Extremely disappointed and a complete waste of time!!!"

"As a female I applied to this position twice within a month. Two separate occasions they were looking for a driver. First one required at least two years. (Which I have then some) they denied me and went to the next candidate. About a week in a half later they posted looking for another driver. This time 5 years experience in the position (which I have) I am a class b driver with passenger and airbreak endorsement. Again I was denied an interview and they went with the next candidate. I'm starting to believe because I'm a female of color they had no issues going to the next candidate who most likely a Male."
