"I needed a taxi to transport my brother, from his care home in in Sacramento over to the hospital in Sacramento, and this company claims they have no drivers in the area??? Are you kidding, the heart of Sacramento??? Guess because it was only an 8 mile trip. No wonder can companies are going out of business ! Horrible service. And to respond, if it was an emergency, we would call 911, to take someone to the clinic is not a 911 issue. Guess you do not take patients to appointments there either. No problem. The other yellow cab was more than happy to take the business, they are on their way."
