"Terrible Customer Service Office used to be a little nicer 8 years ago now they are just so mean. I try not to call when unless I have to. Obviously all these comments don't make a difference. This is why people don't like talking on the phone."

"I have never had an issue with anyone in this office. When I first started going there in 2010, I had to bring at least one of my children and they were always willing to help. This the first orthopedic surgeon I have seen who properly diagnosed the issue with my knees being a congenital defect."

"I broke my elbow and was sent to OT here and I will say that Kat is extremely knowledgeable in explaining and answering every question I had. You can quickly tell that she is extremely passionate about her profession. This was my first broken bone and I’ve never had to go through this process before but she made it a smooth and quick recovery. I was very happy with the care I received."

"By far the WORST office staff I've ever dealt with in a healthcare facility. No one really likes going to the sports med doctor, because at that point you're injured. Having some basic human decency, or answering a question without getting loud would be very helpful. I initially thought maybe the lady was having a bad day, however after reading reviews I see others have had the exact same experience. You should not feel bad for asking questions about a medical procedure."

"Doctor refused to call my insurance company for a peer to peer review because couldn't "wait on hold for 20 minutes". I did everything I could on my part, everything they asked, including calling the insurance several times. Medical assistant and front desk staff obnoxious and lazy. Obtained my medical records and out of this terrible place!"
