"I had a good experience at the greenfield location. My tech Tyler, was friendly & made me very comfortable ,a wedge under my knees provided a blanket and a wash cloth over my eyes helped my claustrophobic anxiety , He ask if I wanted music and what genre, also checked in with me couple times along the way to ask if I was ok And if the music was at the right volume. The gal s up front were very nice and helpful."

"MDI Greenfield staff is very welcoming and the facility is very clean. My imaging results were faxed to the doctors office quickly. The cost is much cheaper than having imaging at the hospital - would recommend!"

"Tried to get in to get a simple xray on a Friday - they were supposed to be open and called to confirm they had my doctors orders - they did. But they couldn't schedule me until they put it into their system. The place was empty - but they couldn't take me. I sat in the parking lot and watched as they literally closed and locked their doors a half hour early and went home. I patiently waited for the scheduling call - which didn't come till 11:00 on Monday. At which point they told me they couldn't get me in till the next day because their technician was only there a half day and is done at noon. I literally can't walk and am pretty sure I have a broken foot - and they don't care and don't want to risk staying 5 minutes late to take images for me. There are plenty of other places to go. I will be telling my doctor to stop referring here and am finding somewhere else to go. btw - I would understand if they were busy. They weren't. Not on Friday night and not on Monday."

"My husband had an MRI today. We were met by Wendy at the door. She was smiling and very pleasant for a Sunday morning! Check in was fast and efficient. The technician who did the MRI, Marlys, was patient, profesional and addressed any of my husband's questions or concerns without hesitation. She was very friendly to work with. As you can see from the photos the waiting room was very clean and beautiful. My husband said the MRI room wad also very clean. He felt confident and comfortable in all aspects of this appointment. We would highly recommend this MDI and staff!"
