"Do not use shop around! The billing we were told by the woman at Froedert billing is charged at hospital rate to pay for the equipment and the facility. My husband's bill was $3711.20. The average bill for the same MRI elsewhere is between $975 and $1762."

"I talked with a main customer service represent who helped me schedule an MRI at 8:05 at the Greenfield location the morning after my knee was checked out. After talking with a representative of RAYUS, they told me they would call me back by 5pm letting me know if my insurance has authorized the MRI in time. I DID NOT receive a phone call. I call RAYUS at 7am, when they open, asking if insurance has authorized the MRI. They confirmed. I then show up to my MRI appointment at 8:05 (I do not live close and left right after my phone call) assuming that was check-in. They turn me away from doing the MRI saying I had to be there at 7:30 and that I should have known this information. Not a single person told me check-in was 30 minutes before my appointment in the two phone calls I had with them. They were unapologetic and just told me I had to reschedule. Completely wasted my time and had to use a day off for this MRI. Terrible customer service and communication in my only interaction with RAYUS."

Had some difficulty initially getting clear images and identified the problem immediately, solved it, and got the appropriate images so healthcare team can give best advice. I always know that the study will be done well at this facility and I will be treated like family. I highly recommend Rayus."

"Chose a different facility. I was scheduled for a MRI (1 normal and 1 w/contrast) on a Monday morning for that afternoon. I remembered I had a delayed order fron Ascension in Racine. I called Froedtert back to see if they had any openings same day for the 2nd MRI. They could do it hooray 'come in over an hour early'. My doctors office faxed through 3 copies of my MRI order. Receptionist Vicky had all 3 in her hand in front of me. She kept saying they weren't signed. So they said they would sort it out and I could go get ready for the 1st MRI and they would get it sorted. In I go and they do 1st MRI then one with contrast. Then the tech says sorry we can't do the 3rd because of the contrast. That was 5 weeks ago- I saw my doc who said they are electronically signed. Now Froedtert doesn't have them, and Vicky doesn't remember the appointment. And I'm loosing feeling in my had. What are they running over there."
