"From check in to discharge we were treated like the only patients in the building. Everyone was very professional, patient, kind and compassionate. From a healthcare provider myself it is very refreshing to see someone else care for your loved ones. We have actually been here 2x within the past 2 months. One time for our daughter and the next for my mother. Both times we had to experience the imaging department. Nick was amazing. He went step by step on what he was going to and what was coming next; great bedside manner. Just an overall smooth process with great compassion for not just the patient but the family. Thank you Ascension Greenfield, keep up the fantastic work!"

"Came to the urgent care hospital because they were open 24/7. I had an allergic reaction to Naproxen for pain relief. Receptionist called out a nurse right away. Quick and thorough eval. Dr. Came in to double check evaluation. They listened well as I described what I had taken to try to counteract the reaction. They treated with proper medications and kept me for two hour observation. Second Doc came in to release me. Nurse finished up and I was out of there. Good, all the way around. I would go again."

"The absolute worst experience I have ever encountered at a doctors visit. Receptionist was friendly, Dr. Nimmer was no help whatsoever and brushed my HEALTH concerns under the rug. Couldn’t have rushed through my appointment more, I was in the door and done with my appointment in 12 minutes total. I was made to feel as though my concerns were made up, and that there was nothing anyone could do. I have never made a google review in my life, but this was warranted. Would not recommend Ascension Medical on 76th in Greenfield to anyone."

"Worst hospital do not come here at all. My mom had beginning stages of shingles. Practically had to diagnose herself since the doctor was unaware of it. Then he says it's not contagious. When it is for 2 to 4 weeks. Do not come here if you want actual help. I made the mistake of going to this hospital before due to an off-putting bite on my chest and the doctor rhetoricallying tells me " same guy who saw my mom" there's no such thing as anti- venom. I never even asked for that. The rash was spreading so I wanted to make sure it wasn't anything bad. Was given cephalexin. I'm not spiderman I'm not asking for anti venom. Very discouraging experience here. Train your doctors better!!"

"Been there 3 times with different family members. The staff was excellent every time. The facility is excellent. Unfortunately your billing department has lost my service for you. Insurance verification department refused to call my insurance company to verify my insurance after 2 phone calls to them saying I have insurance yet you keep billing me for the full bill. The lady refused, said she didn’t call insurance companies and only uses the portal - which had my info wrong. The lady wouldn’t let me call insurance with her on the line to verify I have active coverage. And then she hung up on me. So if your insurance verifiers have my info wrong and won’t fix it by making a phone call to my insurance company then I’m left with a $3k bill sent to collections. Won’t be back. Don’t need this hassle."
