"I would give them a 5 because I'm happy with then most of the time. But keeping people waiting a month after applying to your store and not even giving them a phone call is pretty lame, so I'm taking 2 stars off till they remedy the situation."

"Usual kwik trip food, drinks and such. Automatic and self service car wash, vacuum. Plenty of tire pumps. Usually sticky or dirty, but it's a gas station, not the Ritz Carlton. Big parking lot next door, good place to sit a minute while traveling or driving for work."
"This was the worst Kwik Trip I've stopped at! Everything was empty, what was left of the food sitting on the rack was past the time stamped on it. Many of the pop choices were empty. Settled on the last Gatorade in the cooler... place was messy and employees were not friendly. I wanted some chicken tenders for dinner but had a chicken salad croissant and it was the worst thing I've ever got at Kwik Trip. It was left over rotisserie chicken and it was greasey and nasty.. I was afraid of getting food poisoning from it as it tasted spoiled and did not take but 2 bites. Come on Kwik Trip... fix this one or shut it down."
