"This Target location has seen detrimental neglect from its staff in recent years. See the attached images to understand what I mean. There is no customer service, period. Good luck getting someone to help you find something, the employees don’t know where it’s at either. There just seems to be a massive lack of accountability here. The cherry on top would be their drive-up order service. Easily the slowest, most inefficient order pickup service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve heard stories from frustrated friends who have sat in the parking lot for upwards of 30-45 minutes for their pre-paid online order."
"I didn’t realize that the self checkout lanes were now 10 items were less. I didn’t see a sign indicating this. This was a Friday around 12:30 pm. The store wasn’t that busy and I prefer to check out myself. Yes I had a lot of groceries. The employee that was working in this area was very rude and treated me as if I was a bad person. He told me that next time I should go in the check out lane. That would be fine but this target doesn’t have very many cashiers and if you do wait in line it takes forever!"
"Hard to get anyone to help you and when they are willing they aren't even allowed to. Say they have no control over the online ordering system, but also that they are too busy so it will take longer. If it's not controlled by the store how does it matter how busy you are? I also watched workers at the Cafe accepting orders so that seems entirely bogus that they would give that capacity to the cafe and not the actual store. Had everything to complete the order except for the computers "OK" apparently so I just couldn't pick up my product"

"Disappointed. The store is busy and only one cashier! When we asked if another could open we were told to use self checkout, with a packed cart! There are 5 employees standing around talking but no one checking people out! The cashier I did finally make it to was very kind and friendly."
