So CVS knowingly sells defective product and doesn't contact the manufacturer themselves then tells me too."

"Unbelievably negative experience overall at this pharmacy since we transferred our scripts there last year, and now we have to find another one. In response to the latest screwup, where this pharmacy shipped a month's prescription short 1/3 of the doses, 'Nick' the pharmacist expressly told me he could, and would, change prescriptions sent in to any lower amount he wished, presumably including nothing at all, and that nothing anyone told him - not the patient, not the doctor, not the insurer, no one - could stop him. Nick also clearly thinks the pandemic is over, and that even patients at very high risk should come in whenever he feels like to pick up medicines in person, even if they have mail delivery selected. He openly mocks those who are trying to minimize human contacts due to health concerns. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs."
