"I have worked with Forge Trust since the fall of 2016 when I bought my first property. They are incredibly thorough, which helps make my life easy when it comes to filing taxes and paying the various bills that are needed to maintain this property. I especially like the fact that I can use Docusign and send out whatever is needed in a quick manner. It's a one and done system that makes my IRA simple to manage. They are not the 'cheap' company when it comes to self-directed IRAs. I had to deal with one of those after leaving Forge Trust (uDirect IRA LLC, check out their lowest rated reviews from former customers on Google. You'll see my review there.) It turned out that after opening my account and transfering all my IRA funds, they couldn't even service my IRA in the state of Georgia. It was a massive headache, and to this day they still haven't reimbursed me for the fees they charged even though I was promised that refund. Forge Trust offers a far greater level of due diligence and detail than any other IRA provider I have dealt with. To me it's worth paying a couple hundred a year more to have a fool proof system that I never have to worry about."
