"Bus was 2 hours late. I have a 15 hour ride and a transfer which will now take 5 extra hours (have to wait for next bus). On the bus right now and the Wi-Fi doesn't work at all. Not worth $60-100+."
"Not great, make sure you have an e-ticket and wait outside. The Greyhound bus was 2 hours late to SF, so we took the local bus and Caltrain, a better bet."
"Bought a ticket through a 3rd party, which advised me to pick up ticket at the station. Arrived at the station to find services where down as they had moved to a portable unit. Was met by someone who seemed to not want to deal with a ticket and advised me to show email to the driver. Driver was extremely rude and told me to just "take an uber." I showed him that I had a reference number and he refused to let me on because I was not on the manifest, which was due to greyhounds systems being down, I presume. After having to advocate that I had indeed bought a ticket, the attendant made a call and I was able to board, and was told I should have arranged my "travel time" ahead of time. I'm not sure what this was about, my ticket had a specific bus time on it. All in all I felt the driver and the attendant rude and unprofessional, and then felt blamed for what appeared to be a system error on their part. Will do my best to avoid taking this bus route again."
"This place is a real disaster. Loaded with homeless people. City needs to have some kind of security there. ladies should not go there after Dark."
"Bus never shows up and you will never see your money again. Don't buy your ticket online"
