Reefside

"I’m from Monterey bay and stayed out in Santa Cruz for a couple days and was in the search for dispensaries near me. Reefside was the closest to my location. I arrive and was greeted by one employee only when there were 3 and received dirty looks from the other two ladies up front. Was not pleased with selection or costumer service there are many other great dispensaries around the area definitely will not be coming back Reefside do better!"

"Update: I was just in and found out that Carlos is no longer working there. Y'all just lost a loyal customer. I'll never be back in there. Carlos at Reedside is awesome!!! He knows what I like when he sees me walk in he tells me all about the new product that he thinks I would like. He is always pleasant and friendly when I am there. In fact I can honestly say if I ever walk in there and I find out he is no longer there will be when I quit shopping there."

"I am from out of state and was thrown out because I made a comment in jest, about how I didn't want to use the sketchy ATM since the business is cash only. I've had my debit card information stolen multiple times, so I was half serious. The person working the counter took this comment too personally and threw myself and my friend out. Stores like this are a dime a dozen so I would recommend shopping elsewhere."

"BAD VIBES. I bought and eighth and it turned out to have quality control issues. I brought the flower back to inform them of the issue. The owner Carlos was confrontational when I said there looked like there was mold on some nugs. I showed him the black discoloration on the nug and he then proceeded to insult me by saying that it was purple, and that apple jacks has purple in it. Funny, there were no hints of purple in any other pieces. He exchanged my bag for another bag of the same product, even though I had no interest in replacing with the same product for fear that it would be in the next package as well, and it was. He essentially invalidated my comments and didn't have the capacity to discuss appropriately what the proper resolution to this issue would be and pushed me out of the store by saying "I've got too many customers in the store to deal with you" , there was one person standing behind me. Bad customer service, will NEVER shop there again. I'll make sure to spread the word that this shop does not deserve any business."

"Best selection of bulk flower and old school strains in the county! Extremely chill vibes, open store layout, it's more like a "real" store than any dispensary I have visited anywhere! The Lowell brand flower here is the cheapest I have ever seen it!!! I love this shop and will be back, huge shout out to Evie, Ali and Justin for their amazing service and tranquil vibes :)"
