"I ordered from some affiliated restaurants recently using Postmates and there were some issues that led to me calling the service. The guy I called was really friendly and excellent with the communication. I would rate it 5 stars just from the chat I had, but the food was also really good. I ordered from Mouse Trap the first time and their Mac & Cheese fed me for two days. There was a small issue that led to some of my order being missing, but I ordered a big ol' family meal from Mama Suzy's (another affiliated restuarant) the next day out of pure coincidence and the guy called me to let me know he would send the rest of my missing order from Mouse Trap along with, free of charge. I even got some extra snacks. The cloth bags that held the food were also an insane bonus for a university student like me. Really cool. This is the first time I'm sending a review - it was just that much of a cool impact on me."
