"HORRIBLE customer service at this location! The little short white dude needs another job where he is not working with customers. He was yelling about being in the war, how he was the manager there so "good luck" to me if I wanted to complain. The absolute worst customer service. He needs to be in isolation somewhere, not serving customers. The owners need to do a review of his performance. I'm sorry if you are miserable in your job, or suffering from PTSD from the war you were yelling about, but get some help and stop yelling at customers. He was a miserable person and it was very sad to see this little person so combative. There are many places in Poway to get your mail and mail packages, this place charges way too much to have customers treated in this manner. There were other customers in the store, and two very sweet workers there just in awe of how angry this little man was. So sad. Please do not get your mail/packages here. They are nicer at the UPS store on Bernardo Center, not too far and great service. Or go to Postal Annex."

I have watched the staff here put up with multiple rude customers on a consistent basis (seems to be mostly people returning Amazon items or internet routers) and remain completely professional.
