Despite a minor issue with a broken shoe rack all the other items are in excellent condition, and we are grateful for that. Pricing was fair, but the costumer service was phenomenal. Their agent was quick to respond to our emails and phone calls even after hours. Overall, highly recommend!"

"We moved from California to Columbus Ohio. We are basing this rating on the “packing crew”. When you have 3-young men packing in 3-different areas of your home. It’s impossible to watch them all as they pack your personal belongings. This crew showed a complete disregard for our belongings in the packing processes. Example: our expensive shoes with shoe trees were heaped like trash toppled on top of each other over an expensive leather jacket. No paper used! This is just one example of several issues. The long distance moving companies never seem to understand the importance of “supervising the packing crews”! They are critical to the overall success of any move."

Storage for long periods of time and responsive service always. In our last move from California to Nevada, we had excellent drivers on both ends of an eighteen month timeline. Traci McCormick was our coordinator for loading in central California, storage for 18 months and delivery to Nevada. Terry Prince was the driver from storage in Poway to our destination in Nevada. He stayed in communication, showed up exactly when he said he would and did an excellent job unloading and setting up our furniture. Traci and all personnel at Atlas always answer your calls or get right back to you. They are very responsive and customer oriented! This is a very well run organization with excellent people! To Clarence the driver assigned to us who gave us his cell phone and urged us to stay in touch as to the progress of our load.
