"I have a package from Ebay and Ebay used GLS shipping company. On the tracking said “ 8am delivery today” . Not telling you a window time when to deliver. I called multiple times and saying before 5 pm. I waited and waited. Now pass 7 pm no package. This is not the first time . So disappointed why other selling site using this company. My day is ruin by waiting. I don t know if my package will still be deliver tonight. ZERO STAR Now this GLS rescheduled the delivery. After waiting the whole day. I took a day off so can receive my package then no delivery. WORST SHIPPING COMPANY. Used USPS, Fed ex or UPS.. GLS WORST NIGTHMARE!!!!!!!!!!"
"Their driver stole one of my packages off of my front yard when they made a separate delivery. I called and informed GLS of this as it was captured on a ring doorbell and I have video of the incident. When I called them they were no help at all. Avoid this company at all costs. Wish I could give zero stars."
"Incompetent delivery service. If I could give negative stars I would. Where UPS, fedex, doordash, amazon, usps.etc... have had no trouble delivering to my building, GLS has failed to deliver three days in a row. the first day scheduled for delivery was my day off of work and my phone number was on package.. I was home all day... no calls no delivery only updated tracking "attempted delivery""
"Delivery driver did not deliver or even arrive despite multiple occasions where I had been home all day ready to sign for my package. Customer service tried to gaslight me that they'd come to my door, but I have a door cam, they simply didn't, forcing me to trek up to the facility to pick it up myself. This is not my first experience with this company, but it will be my last because whatever you guys are doing, it seems like a theme and it's not working.."
"Horrible company! Don't use them if you need your package delivered where you want it to go. Today they supposedly brought a package to me but didn't leave it because of "unsafe location." There's nothing unsafe about my front door nor is it hard to find or hard to get to unless you are an idiot, which obviously these people are! Also, they don't answer their phone or respond to the online chat they push you to use. How does a company like this stay in business?"
