"Horrible customer service and you can tell it is due to the poor example from management. We pre-ordered for our business at 8:30 in the morning for a 12:30 delivery. At 12:30 it’s still did not even show as prepped. When I called, the person who answered the phone said well order times are not delivery times and I said well I ordered it at 8:30 in the morning to be delivered at 12:30 PM and I have confirmation. He literally said, well I can’t make it go any faster, they just put it in the oven. At that point I asked to speak to a manager because this person could not give me an estimated delivery time. When the manager got on the phone she lied to me and said that Pizza was out for delivery but then when I told her the other person told me it was just in the oven she said I see it now being taken out of the oven and we have to cut it. We had a huge order ahead of you, so it’s not our fault. The whole experience was ridiculous and unnecessary. It sounds like a new staff is necessary."

"Do not order from here! There was a cockroach at the bottom of our pasta and who knows what else I ate without noticing! the pizza was terrible and dry, and last time it gave me food poisoning for a week and a half! Finally had the strength to try again and first time back I get roaches! Almost no toppings and badly cut. Save yourself by going somewhere else! :("

"We normally order from them, but lately the quality has really gone down hill. I just spent $80 with them and one of the pizzas, a Brooklyn, looks undercooked and must have been dropped at some point, it's totally inedible as a pizza at the moment, it'll have to get cold before we can pick it up and eat it. Very disappointed! I'd rather have something done right and takes a little longer, than it being RUSHED out the door and care not taken. I guess it's time to start buying from the local pizza guys that put more energy into their product and service!"
