"Review to UPS! (Not the store!) 5 dollars for printing my shipping label?! This is the biggest scam. We’re in 2023, how is it possible that showing your label off your phone is not enough??"

"Updated 11/27/23 - I still think this UPS Store & its employees are great! They're helpful, respectful & friendly. Hats off to you all for your great attitudes & customer service. Thanks a bunch! I work from home & ship LOTS of packages both small & large. Today I went in & it was an all women crew - LOVED IT! I had 5 packages & all were large. As soon as I was getting 1 box out, Louanna (I'm praying I got her name right. If not I'm so sorry cuz you were fantastic!) - came out with a cart. She quickly helped me with all of the packages. I really appreciated the customer service I received without asking for help! It really is a great place. I've never had to wait for more than a couple of minutes unless it's Christmas. I would definitely recommend this place."

"I went in to take my passport photo. From initial greeting to walking out with photos in hand was 5 min. There's a reason why this UPS store is my go to place. Great employee's, fast and efficient service."

"If I could just give zero stars I will because the manager and the owner of the store are the worst ever, they damage my property and they try justify by saying that they haven't inspected the item before they started to try find a good box for the item, so... I'm asking? Do they don't have any procedure to receive the materials without a box? Soo this ups store doesn't reflect the quality standards for ups? Apparently not! and also a reaaaally bad mood to deal whit this kind of situations with the clients because the manager actually blames you for everything and she like to yell to the clients."
