"I used this company back in July 2022, and they brought the wrong van, so the only way I could make it to my surgery in time was to squeeze myself into a wheelchair way too small for me and very painful. When I got to the hospital I was in so much pain we had to ask medical staff to help me get out of chair. Pick up was fine, they brought the right van and there was no problems, however owner refunded cost for transport and begged me to give his company a 2nd chance. I have a MRI scheduled, so I decided to given them a 2nd chance. I booked the transport, they came to me and brought a chair for me to try, I fit in it fine, so everything looked good. Today, 8/21/23, 1 week before my scheduled MRI, the owner of ASAP Transport called me and said he cancelled my transport service and is refusing me service due to the problem over 1 year ago. There is no way I can find another transport company that will be available 1 week before my procedure, so I pleaded with the owner to not refuse me service, and he hung up on me. I would not recommend doing any business with this company. Find someone else for your transportation needs."
