"I woke up at 11PM sweating. Can't set the AC below 70. Call, and the guy who answered is upset with me! "Sir, it's 11:30, there's nothing I can do!". Offers to move me even though every room is the same. So now I get to lie here and see when some other cranky person will call at 2AM saying there's nothing they can do. Great experience (not!)"

"This hotel is the worst hotel ever! We were supposed to celebrate my cousin's wedding, they cancelled our booking last minute even though it was booked a month prior. They even confirmed our rooms twice. Their hotel rep, Shia, called around 11 pm telling me they no have no rooms for us. One of the front desk clerks says they had a glitch, the other one said we booked thru third party. They did not help us resolve the issue. Expedia tried to find us accommodations but by midnight all the surrounding hotels were booked. They admitted they overbooked, I told them your staff confirmed with us twice we had rooms. They put our safety at risk as we had to go to the other hotels mentioned as "walk ins' as at around 2 am!!!!!! No call back from their management... no one cared that we had no place to sleep! Claims it's third party booking blah blah, ok so why do you partner with them if you don't acknowledge it? Also, it was booked close to a month ago, their staff confirmed they saw our bookings twice that night. They are a negative ZERO!!!!"

"Location good. Front desk area is nice and modern. The rooms are old and dated and in need of remodeling. Not too sure about the area after hours though, they lock the dors at night so you cant get in without your card. But then again it is California, maybe this is allowed."
