"Cindy Bladder is rude with no bedside manner. 8 minutes late policy and you have to reschedule, but they have no problem making you wait an hour. All of this when the appt had to be made 3 months in advance. On top of all that the appt made when calling the front desk was for the wrong thing."
"I had a emergency visit where I had to go the hospital. I knew I need immediate attention when I arrived so I call the hospital to tell the I was coming and they told me they would be prepared for my arrival. I knew I could get there quicker by myself than by ambulance. So I showed up and no one was ready and didn’t know I was coming. I feel it is operated poorly. After spending a hour there I wanted out and ended up in the twin cities at a regions."
"I am currently sick and am having issues with High Blood pressure. I went to Ergent care to seek attention / help with my issues. The ONLY thing I received was a person who took notes and told me I need to see my regular doctor. Are you kidding me? I sure hope I am not charge a bill for this and I waited almost 2 hours for that?? That is ridiculous. Please review and discount my bill or wipe it off all together."
"I have no issues with the desk staff or medical team. My issues are with the administration. I’ve frequently gotten bills for services I’d shouldn’t have or for copays I had already paid. It’s also near to impossible to schedule an appointment unless you walk in and ask for one. The poor persons working the phones have people sitting on hold for anywhere from 20 minutes to over an hour at times. They tell you to use the app or the website to schedule an appointment but 9/10 times the app/website is broken & you can’t schedule there anyway."
