"After relocating from Hudson, I took both of my kids to this dental clinic for their routine check-ups every six months. Initially, my teenage daughter had no cavities, while my teenage son had three in the past. This clinic diagnosed my daughter with four cavities and my son with two on first apt. However, on the day of my daughter's procedure, they suddenly claimed she had six cavities. I sought a second opinion for my son, who was confirmed to have no cavities at the new clinic . It turns out, New Richmond Dental exploited my daughter by unnecessarily filling all six of her back teeth for profit. Despite their friendly appearance, I strongly advise against doing business with them; they're nothing but scammers."

"I am so thankful for New Richmond Dental- I had a bit of a dental emergency and they got me in quickly and Dr. Raven and her fabulous assistant fixed me right up (an old filling had fallen out plus my tooth cracked, and they repaired it). They were caring and ensured I had no discomfort. They seriously made my whole week!! Thank you!!"

"I wasn’t able to have my teeth cleaned at my visit due to a cold sore. The questionnaire I filled out did ask if I had a history of having cold sores but no mention of it preventing me from having my cleaning. Please adjust your questionnaire to trigger an additional question: (Perhaps) “Do you have an active cold sore now?” With instruction to call the clinic to inform them of the cold sore. I had to take antibiotics because of a recent surgical procedure so I feel I also wasted my dose and took antibiotics unnecessarily. I was treated very well in the clinic but feel like this clinic is missing a step in providing better care."
