Hudson Physicians New Richmond & Urgent Care

"Doctors were fine but billing is a mess. Had received one bill but Medicare was not billed. Called and received a second bill for about 1/2 the price. I called and paid. Kept getting messages that I owe the original amount. When calling billing they told me they did not have a record of my payment. I can pull the payment up on my card account and it says Hudson Physicians. Was told you do not bill Medicare only my supplement. I will never go to your clinics again and will never recommend you to anyone."

"Careful... they will charge you!! Took my twins in for their preventative care visit. I was told it is covered by insurance (I asked at the front desk when we checked in). The doctors found that they both had an ear infection, and sent prescriptions for medicine. A few weeks later I received a bill for an office visit for both kids. I called my insurance first and they told me I should not have been charged. So I called Hudson Physicians billing and they said it was because they found ear infections and they will not change the coding/ reverse the charge. Previously, we have gone to HealthPartners (Stillwater Clinic) and they have never charged us if they have found an ear infection or anything else that required prescriptions for during their preventative visits."
